Your dental insurance is a product designed by your employer. We will do everything possible to maximize your insurance utilization; however, please do not let the lack of benefits dictate your desired or necessary treatment.

We are preferred providers for numerous plans including most PPOs and our fees are often equivalent or similar to those allowable under other preferred provider arrangements. Ask for assistance from our front office staff if you have any questions about your specific plan.

Smile Assurance Plan

For patients without dental insurance, we are now offering Smile Assurance.  This program is designed to help individuals and families receive the dental care they need at a cost that won’t break the bank.  This program is not insurance, it’s smarter.

It’s only $96.00 a year… only $8.00 per month for individuals!

For families the cost is $96.00 a year for the primary person on the plan, plus $48.00 a year for each dependent.

Every procedure is covered and is 25% off normal fees.

Best of all there are no restrictions!!

When a tooth is damaged due to injury, decay, or a root canal, a post and crown can be used to restore the tooth. If there isn’t enough natural tooth left, a buildup is needed to provide support for the new crown. Without a stable foundation, the crown is at risk of failing. The buildup helps ensure that the new crown is properly supported and the tooth can function as it should.
